Our Story
Where We Started
Manasoubhagya means our good fortune. We chose that name carefully, because we believe building a home for someone is a privilege. One we take seriously.
Our founders, Tejus V and Nagachandrasekhar, spent years working with some of the most respected builders in South India before starting this company. They were involved in the full cycle of project execution: planning, construction, delivery. That experience taught them a great deal about what buyers actually want, and where the industry often falls short.
They started Manasoubhagya because they wanted to do things the right way, without shortcuts, and without the gap between what gets promised and what gets built.
